Whether it’s a formal gala, team-building event, or a casual night out, we ensure every photograph reflects the professionalism and spirit of your organization. We provide a mix of candid shots, group photos, and detailed images of the event décor and activities, creating a comprehensive record of the occasion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our portrait sessions and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation/Rescheduling Window: Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your portrait session. This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client. Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your session within the 12-hour window, a fee of £9.99 will be applied. This fee helps compensate for the time and resources that were allocated for your session. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate you without applying the cancellation/rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via hello@visophotography.com Please provide your name, session date/time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling in your communication. By booking a portrait session with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation/rescheduling policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
